Sausage Fettuccine Torte

This recipe was given to me by my uncle Dwight. I'll pretty much eat anything with pasta, but this dish became a favorite with the addition of Italian sausage and veggies. It was cool to take the torta out of the oven, open the springform pan, and see everything had formed to the shape of a pie. I even served the dish like a pie. Really cool, and left me with lots of leftovers.
Cooking Instructions

Brown sausage in heated olive oil; pour off fat. Add onions and bell pepper; cook 5 minutes.

Lightly flour and butter a springform pan.

Press half the pasta mixture in the bottom; layer half the tomatoes on the pasta.
